GameObject > Light > Reflection Probe > Type = Realtime

CINEMA 4D MOGRAPH

Create > Object > Cube

Cube selected + Hold Alt + Mograph > Cloner

Select cloner + Mograph > Effector > Random

CINEMA 4D CLOTH SIMULATION

Create > Object > Sphere

Sphere selected + Tags > Simulation Tags > Cloth Collider

Create > Object > Plane

Plane Y position = 130

Select plane + hold Alt

Simulate > Cloth > Cloth Surface
